Not going to try WFHI training again
The training and onboarding with WFHI was completely disappointing compared to what I have used before. Right from the start, the materials felt disconnected and outdated. The sessions were poorly structured and didn't cover the essentials in a practical way. I struggled to keep up and found the instructions confusing rather than helpful. The software navigation was unclear during the onboarding flow, which added to the frustration. I was expecting something interactive and easy to follow, but it was the opposite. The telephonic support did not ease the difficulties either; the guidance was limited and repetitive. After investing time and effort without much progress, I have decided not to undergo their training again. It simply did not meet my expectations based on previous experiences with similar tools. The whole process was a waste and I will look elsewhere for better onboarding and training options in the future.
