I found the billing and payment steps to be a complete mess. The sequence felt illogical and confusing, with some steps appearing before all necessary information was gathered. This caused delays in setting up my account, and the invoice generation was unclear about what I was actually paying for. The sign-up process seemed to jump back and forth, which is frustrating for someone trying to get started quickly. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who prefers straightforward, linear processes. It might suit users who have ample time and patience to navigate this disorderly workflow, but for me, it felt like a waste of effort. The telephonic support did not clarify much either, as they kept referring me back to the confusing system. Overall, if you want a sensible, easy-to-follow setup for billing and payments, this is not the software to pick.
