Not for those who want quick solo setup
Honestly, setting up the software was more frustrating than I expected, and I doubt I’d manage without help again next time. The interface seemed straightforward at first, but I got stuck on the dialing tools and the database syncing, which didn’t feel very user-friendly for a solo learner like me. The onboarding flow was okay but required constant calling support, and even then, I felt like I was moving in circles. Signing up and handling payments was simpler compared to the technical side, but the automatic updates sometimes reset settings, which was a headache. If you’re super confident with remote workflow software, maybe you’ll find it easier, but for someone who prefers to learn solo without much handholding, this isn’t the best fit.
