Not for those who want quick, easy answers
If you are hoping for easy-to-find support and quick, straightforward answers, this system may not suit you. I struggled to locate the information I needed through their communication channels, which were scattered and not very intuitive. Searching for help was time-consuming, and often I had to make several calls before getting anything useful. The training did cover basics but was lacking in depth and didn’t resolve my main concerns. While the billing and payment process worked fine once I understood it, that understanding wasn’t easy to achieve because of unclear documentation. If you don’t have patience for piecing things together yourself, this product could be frustrating. On the other hand, if you prefer a lot of self-directed work and don’t mind limited hand-holding, it might work. But overall, I would say this is not designed for users who require fast or very easy navigation through support or instructions.
