Not for those who want quick, clear access
I was really hoping the software would help me find the tools and info I needed without too much hassle. Unfortunately, the search functions and layout ended up being really confusing. I spent a lot of wasted time clicking around trying to figure out where the database feature was or how to get to the calling tools. It didn’t suit me as someone wanting a straightforward setup to handle remote workflows efficiently. If you prefer clear, intuitive design and easy access to everything at one place, this might not be for you. The updates promised automatic improvements, but none really helped with navigation. Onboarding was slow because the training sessions didn’t focus on actual software use, and I remained stuck for quite a while. Given all this, I found myself frustrated rather than productive, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who needs a reliable, easy-to-use tool without lots of trial and error.
