You really need to reconsider the billing and payment setup process. Right from signing up, I found it frustrating how long everything took before I could even start using the software properly. The invoicing system was complicated and lacked clear guidance on payment schedules which slowed me down considerably. While the software itself seems to offer solid features, the delayed start because of billing issues seriously put me off. You do provide support, but the responses regarding payments were not very prompt, leaving me stuck for days. This setup would probably suit someone who doesn't mind spending a lot of time figuring things out or who is very detailed and patient about finance workflows. But for anyone who expects a quick and smooth start, this is not the best choice. If you can speed up and simplify the billing process, I'd recommend your product more easily.
