Not for those who want quick answers - maybe okay if you like digging

I was honestly hoping the training and onboarding would be simpler to navigate. Finding the specific tutorials or guides for the dialer setup took way longer than I expected, and I kept circling back to the main menu because the instructions felt scattered. It's not that nothing was there; I did eventually find some decent training videos and documents that covered the basics well enough. But the entire process felt a bit disorganized, like they assumed you'd know what to look for already. If you're someone who likes to figure things out by trial and error, maybe it'll suit you, but if you want clear, straightforward guidance from the start, this probably isn't your best match. I kept going back to the same sections, hoping to spot a clearer roadmap to get my calling tools integrated, but it just wasn't laid out intuitively. In the end, I got a sense of the overall workflow, but only after a lot more time and effort than I thought it should take. So, while some parts of the training and onboarding are fine for those comfortable with a bit of a maze, if you're new or want a fast track, you might find yourself frustrated like I did with the need to hunt for the right content repeatedly.
