Not for those who want hands-off setup
So I dove into this software hoping it would make remote workflows easier, but honestly, the support and communication just didn’t support that at all for me. Right from the start, I found the setup process frustrating because the initial onboarding felt like a one-off session with a lot of information dumped on me, but there wasn’t much in the way of ongoing guidance after that. I expected to get help all along as I integrated the calling tools and database features, but it felt like I was mostly on my own after the first call. Trying to reach out for telephonic support became a hassle; sometimes, I left messages or waited a long time without any real response. This wasn’t the kind of setup where the support team would check in or walk me through updates regularly, so you really have to be self-sufficient to manage the software smoothly. I get that some people may like the independence or already have experience with remote workflow tools, but for someone who wanted clear, consistent communication and help whenever stuck, this does not fit that need. At the end of the day, I feel like I spent more time trying to figure things out than actually benefiting from the tool. Unless you’re comfortable troubleshooting largely by yourself and don’t mind sparse support, this service probably won’t be ideal.
