From my experience the support and communication here was not arranged in any sensible order for someone like me who needs clear guidance every step of the way. The support staff seems to jump between topics and leaves you explaining the same problem multiple times without a consistent follow-up. It feels like they expect you to already understand parts of the system before they help, which made it very frustrating when I was just trying to get started. The instructions I received over the phone didn't build on previous steps but introduced new terms and tasks without connecting them clearly, so I kept getting lost in the flow. If you are someone who can figure things out on your own, you might manage, but for me this approach was too disorganized to work. I wished they had a more linear support process that explained one thing at a time in detail. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to anyone who expects patient, structured help. I kept ending calls feeling more confused than when I started, and that is tiring.
