Not for those who want clear labels and simple terms

I found the WFHI support and communication to be quite frustrating, mainly because the wording and labels used within the software and training were often unclear and jargon-heavy. If you're someone who prefers straightforward, plainly explained menus and instructions, this probably wouldn't suit your style at all. The telephonic support was not as helpful as I had hoped since the staff seemed to assume familiarity with technical terms that were not clearly explained anywhere accessible. I struggled to understand certain database features and dialing tools because of ambiguous labels and vague training content. Additionally, the automatic updates would occur without adequate notifications, confusing me about which version I was operating. Even invoicing and payment descriptions were convoluted to an extent, making the sign-up experience unnecessarily complicated. While some users might appreciate the depth or find the support adequate, personally I felt lost and that the communication style did not assist me effectively. In short, this would probably suit someone comfortable with technical terms but not a person who needs simple, clear guidance to get started and avoid confusion.
