Not for those who need quick support to move ahead
I just didn’t find the responsiveness up to the mark for me personally. When I reached out for help during setup, there were delays that made the experience frustrating. For users like me who need quick answers to keep moving, the wait felt too long. Maybe if you have more patience or don’t mind waiting, it might suit you better, but I found the lag in support made it hard to use effectively. The updates and training didn't make much difference because by then I was already stuck waiting on responses. Overall, this isn’t great if you expect fast phone support and instant fixes. I’m disappointed because I wanted to get started smoothly but kept hitting communication walls that slowed me down.
