Not for those who need a quick, clear sales routine
I expected the pre-purchase process to be smoother and less confusing, but it felt pretty disorganized from the start. Usually, when I look at buying software, especially something that supports remote workflows, I want clear steps laid out logically for me to follow — from initial info to signup and payment. Here, it felt like the explanations jumped around without a clear flow, so I ended up needing to dig through a lot of badly ordered info before I could even confidently consider signing up. The terminology and labels used weren’t as straightforward as I thought they’d be either, which left me feeling unsure if this product was right for my needs. I think it would suit someone who isn’t in a hurry or comfortable with figuring things out piece by piece, but for anyone who’s expecting a neat, sensible sales journey, I’d say this might prove frustrating. I wasn’t sure who to call or when during the steps, and invoices weren’t exactly clear, which added to the confusion. So I found the whole thing harder than I hoped.
