The support and communication with this software provider felt quite lacking compared to what I have used before. On several occasions, my queries took longer to resolve, and the answers weren’t always straightforward or helpful. I do appreciate that at least they responded eventually, which is more than some services offer, but their support approach might not suit anyone who values speed or clear guidance. Overall, I struggled with the onboarding phase because of this, and it felt like I had more questions than answers. This experience suggests that while the software might have potential, the company's communication methods need serious improvement if they want to retain users who require reliable and timely assistance.
