Not for those who dislike repeated info or long waits

Frankly, the pre-purchase consultations were draining with too much repetition and waiting. Every time I thought I was clear about the software features, the salesperson would cycle back over the same points as if I hadn’t understood. The onboarding promises sounded good but getting actual clarification took longer than I expected. This would not suit anyone who wants quick, no-nonsense answers and less delay between steps. Standing by for an available spot in the training sessions also caused hold-ups which could leave a person impatient. While some basics were communicated adequately, the overall pace was slow and led to a sense of repeating myself more than progressing. On the positive side, the sign-up and invoicing were handled efficiently once the process got moving. But if someone values their time and dislikes redundant explanations and waiting, then this approach probably wouldn’t work well for them.
