Not for those who dislike repeated assistance

This training process is not something you can rely on solo the first time. I found myself needing to reach out for help repeatedly, which can be frustrating if you prefer to figure things out yourself. The onboarding materials were brief and lacked sufficient depth to make the software intuitive at first go. For newcomers, it might be overwhelming without clear step-by-step guidance. That said, the team is available for support, which is the only aspect that works in this setup. If you want quick self-sufficiency, this isn’t the right fit. You will require ongoing assistance to get comfortable. While the training does cover the basics, it doesn’t prepare you well enough to navigate the software without frequent questions. So if you're someone determined to be independent right away, this might not suit your style. However, for those who don’t mind asking for help often, it’s manageable.
