Not for those who dislike long waits and repeated calls
During my experience before buying the product, I found the sign-up and pre-purchase communication process to be a bit tedious. I had to call multiple times for similar clarifications about the software features and training, which meant repeated waiting on hold. While the support I did receive was accurate and solutions were available, the delay between calls made the overall process feel less efficient. The invoicing and payment steps were clear enough but the information given before purchase sometimes required repetition and follow-up, which I found time consuming. I can see how some customers who are new to remote software training might find the pace reasonable, especially if they appreciate detailed explanations through telephonic assistance; however, if someone prefers quick or one-time resolution without long queues or repeated contact, this might not suit them very well. The automatic updates and software itself seemed fine in availability and function, though my main issue was really with the pre-purchase interactions and sales support timeliness. It just took longer than expected, which affected my overall impression at that stage.
