Not for those wanting quick, ongoing setup
My experience with WFHI training and onboarding has been tough because I found that a big part of the setup was a one-off thing, and after that, there wasn’t much structured ongoing help. I was hoping for training that would evolve as I used the software and introduce updates gradually, but instead, I mostly got dumped with a huge initial load of information to process all at once. If you are someone who likes to learn step by step with continuous guidance, this might not be the right fit. The initial setup was complicated enough, and then after that, I felt a bit left to my own devices. So if you want ongoing support and learning spaced out over time, WFHI might not meet your needs.
