Not for those wanting instant setup
Look, I’ve walked through this onboarding and support thing enough times now to say this isn’t for everyone. If you want a quick, hands-off setup where everything just works and you never have to follow up, this probably won’t fit you. They do offer telephonic support and the team is reachable, but it still took quite a few calls and some waiting on my end to get everything settled. For people willing to follow through training and put in some effort themselves, it’s alright. But if you expect zero hassle and instant go-time after sign-up, that’s not what you get here.
