The product functions alright but the day-to-day support leaves much to be desired. If you’re someone who can manage tech without frequent help, this might suit you. However, I found that after the first try, calling for assistance was often met with delayed or generic responses. The telephonic support system didn’t behave reliably enough throughout the week. Automated updates occasionally broke some features, causing hiccups that support took a while to address. Communication was patchy at best and that made working through issues frustrating. For me, the lack of consistent and helpful daily support overshadowed the positives in software functionality.
