Not for those needing ongoing support, frustrating experience
I found the support and communication very disappointing and it did not meet my needs at all. From the start, most of the setup felt like a one-off effort without any continuous guidance to iron out ongoing issues. When problems with the dialer or database updates arose, getting a consistent and helpful response was nearly impossible. The telephonic support was slow and often unresponsive, which made me frustrated multiple times. For someone who needs reliable ongoing assistance during their usage of the software, this experience would not be suitable. It felt like once the initial setup was done, I was left on my own with no proper help for the challenges that came up afterward.
