Not for those expecting seamless sales experience
I had some expectations about the pre-purchase and sales side that didn’t quite pan out the way I thought. Initially, I assumed the sales process would provide more detailed previews of the software features and onboarding steps beforehand, but it felt a bit generic and left me guessing. The sign-up and invoicing were okay, but there was some confusion over timing that slowed me down. On the positive side, the telephonic support was reachable, though helpful advice seemed standard and not tailored. I can see this might suit someone comfortable with some level of trial and error, especially if they want flexibility in managing remote workflows themselves. However, if someone expects a very guided or hands-on sales experience that closely matches what they’ve been told upfront, this might not be the best fit. The software itself is fine once set up, but the pre-purchase details could be clearer to ensure expectations line up better.
