Not for strict 9-5 workers, better for flexible hours

I found the billing and payment setup to be a bit frustrating in terms of matching my actual working hours. There was one particular moment where I realized the hours logged and billed don’t exactly reflect the time I spent on calls or tasks through the day — it seemed like the system assumes a more continuous work period, which didn’t suit my fragmented schedule. On other days, it was hard to tell exactly how payments were calculated from the brief updates I got. The invoicing process was clear and transparent though, so I could see what I was being charged for each time. However, overall it felt like the product works better if you have a steady block of hours rather than switching between work and other responsibilities. If you keep irregular or shorter bouts of work, you might find yourself paying for time that doesn't fully match your use. I wouldn’t recommend this for part-time or very flexible hour users, but maybe it fits more traditional schedules where you can dedicate long chunks of time at once.
