Not for someone who needs hands-on guidance

I found the WFHI training and onboarding to be quite challenging, mainly because I had to figure out a lot on my own. The initial sign-up and invoicing process went fine, but once I started, the training materials felt incomplete and expected me to know or discover steps without clear directions. For example, when setting up the calling tools and connecting the database, there weren’t enough step-by-step explanations, and I had to rely on trial and error. Automatic updates sometimes changed the interface or options which added to the confusion instead of making things simpler. When I reached out to telephonic support, I had to wait for callbacks, which slowed down my progress. Given these issues, the training felt like I was left to piece together the workflow on my own. If you’re someone who prefers or needs structured, thorough onboarding with frequent check-ins and guidance, this probably isn’t the fit for you. However, if you’re experienced and comfortable figuring things out, you might navigate the software more easily. In my case, the lack of clear instructions and timely support made the onboarding a frustrating process that took much longer than I had anticipated or hoped.
