I was really hoping to get going with the software quickly but honestly it took much longer than I thought it would. The access setup wasn’t straightforward and there was some waiting which made me question whether this platform suits my style. I tried to follow the onboarding instructions but some steps were vague and confusing, so I had to figure parts of it out on my own – which is frustrating when you want to hit the ground running. The training helped somewhat, but only after a delay. Since my work needs to be efficient, this lag in access meant that I felt stuck and had less confidence in the system overall. Maybe if someone has more patience or time, it could work better, but for quick starters like me, it wasn’t ideal.
