Not for people who want everything ready-made
I found the software somewhat decent but honestly, I had to figure out a lot on my own. The onboarding was a mixed bag—some parts clear, others vague, which slowed me down. The dialer tool functioned intermittently; sometimes it connected fine, other times it just dropped calls. The database integration seemed useful but required manual updates more often than I expected, which felt like extra work. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward enough, though payment options were limited. Support was reachable but not always quick to resolve my issues on call, so sometimes I ended up stuck. Overall, this software could work for someone patient and self-sufficient who’s comfortable experimenting with settings and fixes. But if you want smooth, out-of-the-box functionality or fast resolutions, you might find it frustrating. I’m on the fence because when the calling tools did work, they genuinely helped in managing contacts and workflows remotely. However, the training provided didn’t fully cover practical scenarios, leaving gaps I had to fill myself. So, it’s a mixed experience—some useful features balanced out by too much reliance on personal problem-solving and limited immediate support.
