Not for people who need straightforward support steps
My experience with the support and communication side of WFHI was frustrating because the guidance didn’t follow a clear or sensible order. I was hoping for a step-by-step approach to resolve the issues I had with setting up the dialer and database features, but I found the instructions jumping back and forth between topics. On several occasions, I was told to perform actions that didn’t seem to make sense at that stage of the process. Eventually, I realized that the support team was helpful but the information delivery was disorganized and inefficient. One small positive was that when I finally got the right instructions, they worked well. However, this patchy guidance meant I spent much longer than needed to get anywhere close to functioning with the software. So clearly, if you are someone who prefers clear, linear support and minimal trial and error, this wouldn’t suit you. Also, to be fair, the follow-up communication was polite and patient, though sometimes slow. So, while the overall experience left me disappointed, I recognize it might be better suited for those comfortable with figuring things out despite imperfect support.
