Not for people who need clear upfront explanations

Coming into this, I expected the support team to clearly explain each step of the onboarding and training process, something I’ve found with other SaaS products before. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The communication felt vague and sometimes I had to re-interpret or guess what the next step involved, which was frustrating. I was hoping for straightforward guidance on how the dialer and calling tools interface worked, but I often got unclear answers on calls. The billing and invoicing process also wasn’t well outlined up front, leading me to waste time figuring out payment schedules alone. If you’re comfortable with figuring things out yourself and tolerate a bit of unclear support, this might work. But if clear explanations and prompt communication are priorities, I don’t think it suits well.
