Not for ongoing flexibility, maybe okay for one-time setup
The billing and payment process mostly felt like a setup that requires a lot of one-off effort rather than continuous ease. Signing up and getting the invoice was fine, straightforward even, so the initial part is okay. But when it came to managing ongoing payments or understanding the update cycles, things felt a bit rigid and not very user-friendly. I doubt this would suit someone who needs a fluid, adjustable payment schedule or prefers a system that adapts as their use changes. The software's payment infrastructure seems built for fixed or predictable use rather than fluctuating demands, which limits flexibility. Unless you are fine with that kind of arrangement, this might not be the best fit. On the plus side, initial invoicing worked as expected and wasn't complicated, so if you want something simple at first, this could be acceptable.
