I was looking for a software that fits the kind of hours I actually work, which are all over the place because of family and other commitments. But honestly, this platform seemed pretty rigid on its access times and software availability. The dialer and calling tools didn’t sync well with the late evening hours I mostly manage, and that led to a lot of missed chances to connect. Database access was okay but again, felt like it was tuned more for a set schedule instead of flexible hours. The training was brief and expected, but didn’t explain much about working asynchronously or outside usual timings. Signing up and paying was smooth enough, but overall the software just seemed more suited to a strict 9 to 5 kinda flow. So, if you have unpredictable timings like mine, this might not be the best fit.
