Not for me, but might suit a different kind of user

Looking back on my experience with WFHI’s software, I feel it’s not really designed for someone who needs reliable, day-to-day stability without constant hiccups. Initially, accessing the software wasn't much of an issue, but as I used it across daily tasks, the glitches became frequent and frustrating. Features like the database were nearly unusable at times, and automatic updates often resulted in unexpected changes that disrupted my workflow instead of improving it. I also noticed that the dialer sometimes failed to connect or froze during calls, which made completing routine activities impossible. Support was reachable but often slow, and I found myself waiting too long for answers that didn’t fully resolve the problems. Reflecting on it now, I think this system might be better suited if you are comfortable troubleshooting frequently and can be flexible with interruptions. For someone needing seamless day-to-day access, this didn't work well for me. While the training and onboarding promised a lot, the experience since then has been disappointing enough to make me look elsewhere for a more stable solution that fits my steady work needs.
