Not for folks working odd hours like me
Hey buddy, so I tried this setup from WorkFromHomeIndia hoping it’d fit around my weird timings but honestly, it just didn’t work out. Their sign-up and payment process was actually smooth, but the big problem was the call schedule and the database updates — none seemed to adjust to my odd shifts. I was expecting maybe some flexibility or at least guidance on working odd hours, but nope. The training was okay, but I felt like it was all tailored for a standard 9-to-5 type routine, which obviously I’m not doing. The support staff was polite enough but couldn’t really offer a workaround for my situation either. If you’re someone with a fixed daytime schedule, sure, it might suit you fine. But if your hours vary or you’re working nights, I’d say this isn’t really geared for that kind of flexibility. Really frustrating because I thought this could help me manage things better. So yeah, just thought I’d pass that along to anyone like me who’s working offbeat hours.
