Not for everyone: clarity of information was missing for beginners
I found the explanation of the sales and onboarding process to be quite unclear, particularly at the point where I had to understand the invoicing and payment steps. It felt like information was scattered and sometimes repeated in vague terms. For someone who is not very tech-savvy or new to remote workflow software, this lack of straightforward explanation is likely to cause frustration. The brochures and website didn't give me a precise idea of how the sign-up procedure and ongoing usage would work, which made me hesitant and confused. I think this product would suit those who already have a bit of experience in such software or who enjoy figuring things out on their own. It definitely did not suit me as I felt lost many times during the initial phases without clear guidance, and that made the entire experience hard to navigate. Overall, it feels like more upfront clarity is needed for users like me.
