Not for beginners without much tech background
I found the platform to be a mix of good features and some challenges. On one hand, the software had some nice tools like the dialer and database which seemed powerful once I learned to use them. On the other hand, I had to figure out a lot myself because the onboarding and training weren’t very detailed or user-friendly for someone with limited prior experience. The sign-up and payment process was simple, and getting invoices was no problem, but after that, I felt fairly left on my own. For someone who is self-motivated and confident with tech, it might be okay, but I think people needing more hand-holding would find this frustrating. So basically, it suits those who can manage independently, but wouldn’t recommend it to absolute beginners without support.
