Not for beginners who want quick ongoing setup

Honestly, I tried to get started with their software but felt that a lot of setup is one-time and then ongoing tweaks are minimal, which is both good and bad. Good because once you get through the initial learning and setting up database and dialer, it seemed stable. But bad because the initial learning curve is quite steep if you want to use the advanced features properly. The sign-up process was okay, and payment was straightforward, but the training felt too rushed and more like an overview than deep help. I think it wouldn’t suit someone who wants step-by-step continuous support or who is still figuring out remote workflows. For folks who already know what to do and just want the tools, maybe it's fine. But if you want ongoing adjustments and hand-holding, it might feel lacking. So overall, setup was mostly one-off and ongoing effort was low, but you gotta be self-sufficient to make it work well. I’m still deciding if this fits my style or not.
