Not for beginners who want quick confidence
I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from the WFHI software when I first started. The app was designed to help streamline remote workflows, which sounded great. However, I found the access process somewhat cumbersome and the interface not very intuitive. It left me confused during the first few days and I couldn’t really feel confident using it effectively. Although I appreciate the automatic updates feature that kept things current without me having to intervene, the software overall felt like it needed more user-friendly design tweaks. I wouldn’t recommend it for those new to remote working tools or for anyone who expects to get completely comfortable very fast. It might suit someone who already knows the workflow well and just needs the back-end functionalities in place, but for me, gaining mastery felt slower than I hoped. Still, the telephonic support was okay, if nothing stellar, but eventually, I still didn’t gain the confidence I wanted by the end of my trial period.
