Not for beginners who want much help
Working with the WFHI software for weeks, I found myself often stuck because the support and communication felt lacking. They expect you to figure out most issues on your own, which can be frustrating if you have limited experience. The automatic updates changed some features without clear notice, making things confusing. The telephonic support did pick up in some instances, but the assistance was slow and uninformative overall. The calling tools and dialer were okay but needed some trial-and-error before they fit into my workflow. Signing up and handling invoicing was straightforward enough, so I will give them credit for that. However, if you want a smoother onboarding or reliable support when things go wrong, this might not suit you. It seems more useful to those who prefer self-guided setups and troubleshooting. If you want constant help and clear guidance, you’ll probably be disappointed.
