not for beginners who want full guidance
My experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding left me quite frustrated. Right from the start, I didn’t find a clear step-by-step guide that would help me set up everything without confusion. Instead, I had to figure out a large portion of the software and calling tools myself, which was time-consuming and stressful. The dialer was not very intuitive initially, and I had to spend a lot of time testing its functions without much help. The database feature required a good deal of trial and error to understand how best to organize my contacts. While automatic updates kept the software current, they also sometimes changed things unexpectedly, forcing me to relearn sections of the system. The telephonic support was available but often quite busy, making it hard to get prompt answers. Also, the invoicing and payment process felt scattered sometimes, as I had to check multiple places to find my invoices and confirm payments. Overall, I believe WFHI’s product is not ideal for beginners who need thorough guidance and a hands-on approach to learn remote workflows, since much depends on individual effort and patience. For those who can self-navigate and aren’t discouraged by figuring out many details independently, it could be useful. However, if you expect comprehensive training and smooth onboarding from the start, this might not suit you well.
