Not for beginners who want easy on-boarding
Honestly, the training and onboarding felt way off from what I was used to in other setups. I found their training module really convoluted compared to the straightforward ones I'd seen earlier. It kept circling back to the same points without actually helping me get the hang of things quickly. I expected a more practical walkthrough, but it seemed like they focused on too many theoretical aspects which didn't gel well with my workflow. Every step felt like I was struggling with the interface without clear guidance. I thought I might eventually get used to it, but the lack of proper examples and confusing explanations made the whole process frustrating. The database feature was supposed to simplify things but instead made me more puzzled. So, overall, if you are someone who prefers a smoother onboarding experience with clear step-wise instructions, I doubt this will be your cup of tea. The telephonic support was helpful but couldn't compensate for the initial chaos. So this probably won't suit beginners or casual users at all, honestly.
