Not for beginners who want confidence fast
I found the whole training and onboarding process quite disappointing. As a new user, I expected to be more confident by the end of it, but it left me confused instead. The instructions felt fragmented, and it seemed like key aspects of using the dialer and database were glossed over. You promised thorough training, but I ended up spending a lot of time on my own trying to figure out what to do next. The pace was either rushed or too slow in parts, which just added to the frustration. Honestly, if someone is looking for clear and supportive onboarding to get comfortable quickly, this might not be the right fit. I felt like I was thrown into the system without enough guidance. It wasn’t the kind of experience that builds trust or encourages ongoing use for me. A more structured and hands-on approach would be necessary to instill real confidence. Until then, I don’t think I can keep using this software. It’s too complex without the help you claim to provide.
