Not for beginners who want clear labels and quick help
I found the wording throughout the software to be confusing and at times misleading. The labels on buttons and menu items did not match what I expected for the tasks I was trying to complete, especially when using the database feature. This poor clarity made it difficult for me to navigate certain functions confidently. On the plus side, the telephonic support was generally polite and attempted to assist, but the instructions they gave sometimes added to my confusion rather than resolving it. In my opinion, this platform would not suit someone who prefers straightforward, clearly labeled interfaces and fast, precise support. It seems better suited for users who are comfortable experimenting or reading between the lines to understand what each part does. I was frustrated by the lack of clear guidance and expect others might face similar difficulties if they are new to remote workflow software.
