Not for beginners who struggle with hiccups in training
The training and onboarding process with WFHI did not work out for me, and I ended up feeling quite frustrated. I am someone who relies heavily on guided assistance, especially when things don’t go as planned early on, but the resources seemed a bit scattered. When I encountered problems setting up the database and using the calling tools, I found the explanations insufficient to resolve my issues independently. Though the software itself looked promising on paper, I felt the training modules didn’t adequately prepare me to handle errors or unexpected glitches. I also found the telephonic support, while polite, to be slow in responding to urgent queries, which compounded my struggles. If a person is tech-savvy and comfortable with figuring things out quickly, then perhaps this system may suit them better, but for someone like me who values more structured onboarding and handholding, it proved quite overwhelming. Payment and invoicing were clear enough, but that didn’t make up for the difficulties with training. Overall, I’d say WFHI’s setup process would not be suitable for those who stumble with learning new systems without more direct help.
