Not for beginners who need smooth onboarding
I tried using the training modules but faced issues during the setup which were not addressed properly. At one point, I encountered a glitch while accessing the calling tools, which required multiple reboots before it started working. Apart from that, the whole onboarding felt overwhelming for someone without prior experience. There was a lot of generic content that didn’t seem tailored to my specific use case. The database features were barely touched upon in the training, leaving me unsure how to integrate them into my remote workflow. Overall, I would not recommend this for people who want clear, step-by-step guidance. It might suit those already familiar with remote work software but fails for true beginners.
