Not for beginners who like straightforward steps
Honestly, I had a pretty bad experience with the sign-up and purchasing process. It felt like WFHI assumes you already know what you’re doing. The steps to buy their software are scattered in a weird order, and I kept getting confused about which page to go next. They talk about different plans and features, but there’s no clear guidance about what you get in each step, so I was circling back trying to figure out if I missed something or just need to pay first. The payment methods were limited, and it wasn’t obvious how to access invoices afterward. I tried the telephonic support twice, but waiting times were long and once I got through, I still wasn’t very sure about the sequence of onboarding. Honestly, this process would probably work better if you’ve handled business software purchases before and can improvise your way through the unclear steps. If you're new or expect a smooth, laid-out buying journey, this might not suit you at all. I felt pretty stuck and kept going back and forth, wishing for a simpler, more obvious way from sign-up to payment completion.
