Not for beginners who hate confusion

I remember when I first inquired about the product and the sales representative was explaining the package options. Sadly, it was pretty confusing to me because a lot of technical terms and conditions were thrown in all at once, and the bigger picture of what each package included wasn’t very clear. The rest of the interaction was also a bit vague, I didn’t get detailed breakdowns or simple explanations about training schedules or billing methods. If you are someone who prefers clarity and straightforwardness from the start, this probably isn’t the service for you. For experienced users who can navigate complexity, maybe it’s fine, but for a beginner in remote workflow software, it felt overwhelming and frustrating.
