Not for beginners or those who want clear guidance
I had hoped the training and onboarding would be straightforward and thorough, unlike other platforms I've tried. However, the explanations were lacking clarity at almost every step. I expected clear instructions and easy to understand examples, but instead, the sessions felt rushed and confusing. They glossed over important aspects such as how to integrate calling tools with the database, which left me unsure about how to proceed. Given this, I think the training would be suitable only for those with prior experience or a strong tech background. Complete beginners or anyone needing step-by-step help might find themselves completely lost. The sign-up and payment process were fine, and support was reachable but not very helpful with the training content. In short, the onboarding did not meet my expectations and was frustrating compared to other software training I have tried. This product would not suit someone like me who values clear, patient guidance from the start.
