Honestly, I found the whole training and onboarding kind of overwhelming. It felt like a lot of things you’re supposed to do just once, but a lot, too, kept coming back as ongoing tasks and refreshers which I wasn’t ready for. Maybe if you’re someone who’s really into handling every little detail offline or on your own, this setup would suit you. But if you want a quick, easy introduction and simple step-by-step, this definitely felt too drawn out and complicated. The software itself seemed fine once set up but getting to that point was frustrating. The dialer and database parts didn’t sync well with each other as expected and I had to struggle through multiple calls to support, which didn’t feel very helpful. The automatic updates kept adding new stuff but without enough context or guidance on how they would affect the workflow, so it was confusing instead of improving things. Signing up and paying was straightforward at least, and invoices came timely, but that didn’t make up for the uneven guidance on actual use. I guess if you’re highly independent or familiar with this kind of tool, it might work, but for me it lacked how-to and continuous training clarity. So I wouldn’t recommend this onboard path for someone like me who needs a more consistent and simplified start to remote workflow software.
