Honestly I found the whole setup for this software quite frustrating. It felt like too much of it was one-off and required a lot of effort just to get in the door. I was expecting something more user-friendly, but instead I had to spend ages trying to configure the dialer and understand how the database worked. The onboarding felt almost like a trial-and-error and the instructions weren’t as helpful as I’d hoped. I tried calling the telephonic support but waiting on hold was annoying and when I finally spoke, the guidance wasn’t super clear either. Signing up and paying was the easiest part but after that, the software itself didn’t seem to gel with what I wanted to achieve daily. I think this software might better suit someone who has already used similar tools or is okay with a slow, sometimes confusing start. For someone like me who wanted a smooth run from the get-go, it ended up being more hassle than help. I’m still not sure if I’ll keep using it because it feels like a big commitment just to get things going, and that’s frustrating.
