Not for beginners or those expecting simple labels
I found the sales and pre-purchase materials rather confusing. The wording used in the feature descriptions wasn’t very clear, which made it difficult to understand exactly what I was buying. The labels for the tools and database features felt overloaded with jargon that someone new to remote workflow software might struggle with. Though I guess if you’re experienced with these kinds of software products, the details might make sense. The sign-up and payment sections at least were straightforward, which I appreciated. However, if you want something that spells everything out plainly, this probably isn’t the right fit. Even after multiple reads, I still wasn’t sure whether the automatic updates would be a help or a hassle. So I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a simple experience. If you’re used to more accessible platforms, you might want to look elsewhere. It feels like a product built for people who already know the ropes, which isn’t me.
