Honestly, the billing and payment process using WFHI was more work on my part than I expected. I thought after sign-up it would be straightforward, but I ended up figuring out a lot of the invoicing details myself without much hand-holding or clear guidance in-app. The automatic updates didn’t clarify the billing cycle or payment dates as much as I'd hoped, so I had to stay on top of emails and reminders. I will say that the invoicing format was decent enough, and payments did go through smoothly once I set everything up correctly. However, if you want a hassle-free system with clear upfront instructions, this might not suit you well. It felt like I was managing extra processes beyond just the software’s main use. For those who prefer an intuitive, self-explanatory billing flow with least manual work, WFHI’s current payment setup will likely be frustrating rather than helpful.
