Not for beginners looking for easy setup
I tried using this software after being accustomed to a more straightforward setup with other tools before. From the sales and pre-purchase information, I gathered that the labels and wording would be similar in clarity but that wasn’t the case at all. The onboarding steps took more time and didn’t feel very intuitive, especially for someone who doesn’t have much experience with remote workflow software. The calling tools and dialer seemed fine once set up, but the path to get there was confusing. Payment and invoicing were somewhat clearer, but still, it didn’t meet my expectations from previous software I used. I was also hoping for quicker telephonic support when I got stuck, but the wait times sometimes felt frustrating. That said, if you’re comfortable with fumbling a bit and learning as you go, this could suit you. For those who want a straightforward, simple-to-navigate product, I’d suggest looking elsewhere, as the mixed signals in wording made the effort higher than expected and that might become discouraging.
